Choose your bed
All rates are per person, in Australian dollars, and payable a week in advance. Linen is provided and a locker or secure space is available in the dorms.
10-bed mixed dorm Most popular
The classic backpacker option — bunk beds, ceiling fans, shared bathrooms just down the hall. Where most of our long-stay guests end up.
8-bed female-only dorm
Same layout and same rate, women only. This one books out first — get in early if it matters to you.
4-bed dorm
Fewer people, more room for your gear, and a quieter night's sleep before an early start.
Private rooms
A handful of private rooms for couples or anyone who wants their own door. Limited — ask us what's free.
Nightly stays
Passing through Bowen? $65 for the first night, then $55 for every night after.

Free Wi-Fi across the property so you can call home and sort your paperwork.
Free parking
Off-street parking on site for cars and vans — handy if you're sharing lifts to the farms.

Bed linen is supplied. Bring a towel, or grab one in town.

Commercial washers and dryers on site, plus outdoor lines and the North Queensland sun.

Four steps, no booking fee
- Email or call us with your dates and how long you think you'll stay.
- We confirm what's available and which room suits you.
- You get an invoice and pay by bank transfer — the first week in advance.
- You arrive, we show you around, and you're in.
